Location: Coventry

Customer Service Advisor

The Trade Centre UK has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join the UK’s largest independent used car supermarket. We are looking for motivated and professional individuals who strive for the very best level of service in all aspects of work.

Established in 1999 and with over 700 employees across all our UK showrooms, we pride ourselves on offering our employees support and opportunity for growth within the motor trade and are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community within our work force.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Be customer focused - develop rapport and maintain excellent relations with our customers
  • Liaise directly with customers to answer their queries including taking telephone enquiries and providing progress updates
  • Ensure that all the relevant records and administrative processes are completed
  • Manage and follow up all work in progress on customer vehicles.
  • £23,400 per annum – role includes weekend work

Requirements

  • Great communication skills and build rapport with our customers
  • Previous experience within this position would be an advantage – but not essential
  • Flexible team player - able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support aftersales team during busy periods.
  • To always be well-presented with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed

Role and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and adapt to a competitive environment
  • Be customer focused - develop rapport and maintain excellent relations with our customers
  • Important role liaising with internal and external partners to finance our customers
  • Attention to detail when completing paperwork to process the customer finance application
  • £26,000 basic salary and weekly bonus– full training provided

Requirements

  • Great communication skills and build rapport with our customers
  • Computer skills and a high level of accuracy in processing data
  • Previous experience within this position would be an advantage – but not essential
  • Able to work well with figures/numbers and thoroughly complete paperwork
