The Trade Centre Group PLC is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (our registration number is 689365) and is permitted to carry on relevant regulated consumer credit activities including acting as a credit broker and not a lender.

2) What services are we offering?
The Trade Centre Group PLC offers consumer credit services as a regulated credit broker. The Trade Centre Group PLC is not a lender.
The Trade Centre Group PLC does not offer access to all available options across the whole of the consumer credit market but we can introduce you to a select group of lenders who may be able to help you finance your vehicle of choice.
This group of lenders provides us with a range of finance products which may be suitable for you. We will explain key features of those finance products to you so that you are able to fully consider your options prior to you deciding whether you may wish to enter into an agreement with a lender.
We do not charge fees for our consumer credit services. However, we will receive a commission payment from the lender should you decide to enter into an agreement. The commission payment we will receive has no effect upon the amount of credit available to you or any amounts payable by you.
3) Free Finance Check
To carry out a free finance check, you will need to be a UK resident aged 18 or over and be able to provide at least 3-years of address history within the UK.
To better establish your potential eligibility for credit or hire purchase facilities, DealTrak Limited has been appointed as a processing agent for and on behalf of The Trade Centre Group PLC and our select panel of lenders. DealTrak Limited will use your information to assist us in identifying which credit products may be most appropriate for you, taking into account your personal circumstances. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you consent to your personal information being passed to DealTrak Limited, via The Trade Centre Group PLC.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you also consent to the disclosure of your personal data, and other details recorded, to one or more lenders from our select panel. You acknowledge that each prospective lender, to whom we direct your application, will search your record with credit reference agencies, which will add to their record about you details of the hard credit search made by the prospective lender, and details of your application. These credit searches can have a negative impact your credit score and rating and details of these searches may be seen by other organisations in the future.
Until a specific vehicle has been selected, it is not possible to predict the potential final outcome of any application for credit or hire purchase facilities. Each prospective lender will also carry out an assessment of the vehicle selected. Each prospective lender has the right to apply special conditions to an offer of credit, restrict the level of advance or term of agreement, or even to decline a previously accepted application following a full assessment of the finance proposal and any additional information requested. The Trade Centre Group PLC has no influence over any lending decision and acts only in its capacity as a credit broker.
All applications are subject to status and no credit or hire purchase facility is guaranteed.
The prospective lender will also add to your record with credit reference agencies, details of your agreement with them and of your payment record under the hire purchase or credit agreement, should you enter into an agreement with them. These records will be shared with other organisations and may be used by them to consider further applications for credit and credit related services, to trace debtors, recover debt, and for fraud prevention. The Credit Reference Agencies used by the lenders on our select panel have produced a Credit Reference Agency Information Notice (“CRAIN”) which details how they will use your data after we have provided it to them.

The Trade Centre Group PLC will only process your personal information and data for the above purposes and on the basis that such processing is necessary for us to comply with the law, or if it is necessary for performance of a contract, or because you have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract. 4) Buying a used vehicle
The Guarantee which we will provide to you if you purchase any vehicle which we are selling is in addition to your statutory rights and is provided based on the terms and conditions contained in the One Month Dealer Guarantee Plan, which will be handed to you at the point of collection of the vehicle you have selected for purchase. You can request a copy of our One Month Dealer Guarantee Plan at any time.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. During the expected life of the vehicle which you are purchasing, you are entitled to the following rights:
(a) Up to 30 days after the date of purchase, if the vehicle is found to be of unsatisfactory quality, then you will be entitled to reject the vehicle.
(b) For a period of 6 months after the date of purchase, if the vehicle is of unsatisfactory quality and cannot be repaired at a proportionate cost, or be replaced, you will be entitled to reject the vehicle.
(c) Up to 6 years, if the vehicle is of unsatisfactory quality, and can be expected to last up to 6 years, you may be entitled to a repair or to a repayment of some of the purchase price of the vehicle.
You do not have a legal right to reject the vehicle or to obtain a refund or replacement of the vehicle just because you change your mind. It must be shown that:
(a) The vehicle is not of satisfactory quality.
(b) The vehicle is not fit for purpose.
(c) The vehicle does not match any description which may have been given.
A Contract of Sale setting out our full terms and conditions relating to the sale of a vehicle by us to you, and if appropriate, the sale of a vehicle by you to us (a part exchange), will be provided to you further to you having selected a suitable vehicle. You should carefully consider the Contract of Sale terms and conditions prior to entering into an agreement with us.
5) Your use of this site
i) You are free to browse and print the content of our display and you may also download a copy of the content for personal and non-commercial use by you.
ii) The content of the website is the copyright of The Trade Centre Group PLC and you must not reproduce any of the content, apart from the copying described under paragraph i). ln particular you must not:
a) Redistribute any of the content.
